Handout at Convention
Another thing that I would like us all to work on is a list of reasons, short articles in support of our stand that we can distribute. This would give us a package that we could pass to all voting delegates that would describe the history of this issue, the steps, considerations on both sides (remember the issue started as a question of setting clear unambiguous criteria) and an appraisal of CS, at least in engineering schools, as an engineering discipline. PA-A's position statement will certainly make this package, but we need other things. We would be willing to do compilation, but given the short time, if you have ideas or points raised in previous correspondence with HQ that you feel could be reproduced for a wider audience, please forward them to us at tbp.cs.alliance@gmail.com.

This links to your other post on making use of meals.
I think for the reason that we will not get very many chances to apply logical arguments on the floor at the main business meetings, therefore we should have our packet ready and distributed before the convention even begins. Do you think there is anything stopping us from stationing at the entrance to the convention meeting hall and distributing packets of reading material?
